Why we exist

Most real estate is noise. We curate the signal.

A portal shows you everything, which is another way of saying it helps you with nothing. We built Smart Deals Global on the opposite premise: that a buyer is better served by a short, honest list than a long, optimistic one. So we take on fewer clients, and we read the market for each one rather than forwarding it.

Every listing we present carries a Smart Deal score, our plain-English answer to the only question that matters, why is this worth your money. We put the price that comparable units actually closed at right at the top of the brief. And when the right answer is to wait, or to walk away, we say so.

We work ten markets, but we are deep in each rather than wide across all hundred. A senior advisor leads every brief, in your language, and roughly sixty percent of what we move never touches a portal at all.
