Downtown Dubai, on the map.
Every pin is real: the community boundary, and the landmarks that shape daily life here.

Built around the Burj Khalifa.

Downtown Dubai is Emaar's flagship district, a planned centre laid out around the Burj Khalifa, the Dubai Fountain and The Dubai Mall. Boulevards and low-rise Old Town quarters sit beneath the towers, so a short walk takes you from a residential lobby to the lake, the souk or the opera house. It is one of the most visited addresses in the city, and one of the most tightly held.
The homes run from serviced Address and Kempinski residences to Boulevard apartments and Old Town townhouses, most facing either the Burj Khalifa or the open lake. Values have held firmly through recent cycles, and rental demand stays deep across every size band, from studios to large family floors.
Downtown is Emaar's master-planned flagship, built and run as a single connected district.
The 828-metre tower and the fountain lake anchor the district, with residences arranged around them.
Burj Khalifa / Dubai Mall metro and Sheikh Zayed Road connect Downtown to the rest of the city.
Serviced Address and Kempinski residences sit beside Boulevard apartments and the low-rise Old Town quarter.
A day in Downtown Dubai.
