Emaar is building it in phases: low-rise and mid-rise apartments, townhouses and villas, set along the fairways and around landscaped pools. The pull here is position and price. Homes start near AED 1.1 million, well below the established Emaar districts, on a site beside the airport Dubai is expanding and a short drive from Expo City.
