Low-rise living, wrapped in green.

The Greens is one of the earliest of Emaar's low-rise communities, a set of four and five-storey buildings arranged around lakes, lawns and swimming pools between Sheikh Zayed Road and the Emirates Golf Club. The blocks carry Arabic names, Al Alka, Al Dhafra, Al Nakheel and the rest, and they wrap landscaped courtyards rather than tower over them. Mature planting, shaded walkways and water give the place a settled, garden feel that newer districts take years to earn.
The location does the quiet work. Dubai Internet City and Media City sit next door, the metro station is at the northern edge, and Sheikh Zayed Road puts the Marina, Downtown and the airport within easy reach. That walk-to-work access, paired with a village centre of cafes, a supermarket and a gym, keeps tenant demand steady through the year.
