Town Square, on the map.
Every pin is real: the community boundary, and the landmarks that shape daily life here.
Tap a pin for detail, or pick a landmark from the list.
A town built around one park.

Town Square is Nshama master community off Al Qudra Road, a self-contained town of mid-rise apartment buildings and townhouse lanes arranged around a single large central park. It was planned for people priced out of the older districts, families and first-time owners who want space, greenery and a school run measured in minutes rather than motorway junctions. The scale is deliberately human, low towers, wide pavements and shaded avenues.
The park is the point. A skate park, splash fountains, a jogging and cycling loop and open lawns sit at the centre, ringed by a town centre of shops, cafes, a supermarket and a cinema. Almost everything a household needs day to day is inside the community, which is what keeps tenants renewing and yields steady.
Nshama planned and built the whole community, so its streets, parks and buildings follow a single design.
A skate park, splash fountains and a jogging loop anchor the community, ringed by shaded lawns and avenues.
Studios to three-bed apartments plus townhouse lanes, most priced well below the waterfront districts.
Al Qudra and Emirates Road link the community to the motorway network and the wider south of the city.
