    You tell us the layout, floor and budget. We approach owners and our resale network in the tower and come back with what is genuinely available.

    We agree the terms

    We negotiate the price with the owner on your behalf and set out the full cost, including the Dubai Land Department transfer fee and any developer charges.

  3. 3
    You complete the transfer

    Once terms are signed and the developer issues its clearance, ownership transfers to you at the Dubai Land Department. We guide every step.
