The mix includes 62 one-bedroom units averaging 865 square feet, 98 two-bedroom units averaging 1,500 square feet, 30 three-bedroom units averaging 2,360 square feet, five four-bedroom units averaging 6,290 square feet and six villas averaging 8,300 square feet. The project is due for handover in March 2027. Buyers pay 20 percent on booking, 10 percent during construction and 70 percent on handover.
