Mirari Lagoon is a contemporary residential development in Dubai Industrial City by Zoya Developments. Buyers pay 20 percent on booking, 28 percent during construction at 1 percent per month, 10 percent on handover and the remaining 42 percent within 60 months after handover at 0.7 percent per month.
