Expo Valley Views, Ghadeer is a residential building in Dubai Expo City, developed by Expo City Development. It contains one, two and three bedroom apartments across multiple floors. The building follows the natural shape of the valley, with large windows and outdoor spaces that open toward greenery and views. Ghadeer is scheduled for handover in December 2029. The payment plan requires 10 percent on booking, 59 percent during construction, 6 percent on handover and 25 percent within one year after handover. Residents have access to shared amenities including swimming pools, gyms, yoga areas, a children's club, prayer rooms, games rooms, multipurpose halls, outdoor dining spaces and landscaped lawns.
