Chapter 02 is a residential building developed by Newbury Developments in Dubai International City. It comprises studios and one and two-bedroom apartments. Construction is scheduled for handover in December 2027. The project offers a payment plan of 10 percent on booking, 40 percent during construction, 20 percent on handover and 30 percent within 30 months post-handover at 1 percent per month. The building includes a double-height lobby, a gym with pool views, a resort-style swimming pool with landscaped surroundings, sun loungers and seating areas, and a children's play area.
