A master community built around a swimmable lagoon.

Mohammed Bin Rashid City is one of Dubai's largest master communities, a low-rise sweep of apartments, villas and parkland just south of Downtown. Its centre is District One, built around the Crystal Lagoon, a swimmable stretch of clear water edged with white sand. From many homes here the Burj Khalifa sits on one horizon and still water on the other, a rare pairing this close to the city.
The community gathers several neighbourhoods under one name. District One holds the mansions and lagoon-facing apartments, while Sobha Hartland and Meydan add townhouses, schools and green space. Roads run into Downtown and Business Bay in minutes, and Meydan Racecourse sits along the eastern edge. It reads as calm, a short drive from the centre.
A swimmable lagoon with white-sand beaches sits at the centre of the community.
Low-rise apartment buildings ring the water, with signature villas and mansions set behind them.
Downtown Dubai and Business Bay sit just north, with Meydan and the racecourse to the east.
Wide parks, cycle paths and open sky, a calmer register than the towers next door.
